Crazy8s is an online multiplayer card game platform where users can play Crazy Eights, compete in skill-based tournaments using in-game tokens, and compete on leaderboards. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

3. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid phone number to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must not create multiple accounts or impersonate others.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. In-Game Tokens

• Tokens are virtual currency used within the platform for tournament entry fees.
• New accounts receive a starting balance of $5 in tokens.
• Tokens have no real-world monetary value unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to adjust token balances to maintain fair play.

5. Code of Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use exploits, bots, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collude with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and assets of Crazy8s are the property of Crazy8s and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without written permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or any conduct that we deem harmful to other users or the platform. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Service will meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crazy8s shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of tokens, data, or access.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email.
